It appears that the name of this climber has an "i" at the end (i.e. Trichosanthes wawraei) in some reports. From one of the reference below, it seems that the additional "i" was done by Ridley back in 1922. (Fl. Malay Penin. 1: 845. 1922). As the more recent reports have used the name without the additional "i", the same follows here.
